Our services

LakersRx, operated by its parent company, Med Excellence United, provides business consulting, partner matching, compliance filing and management, backend setup, and marketing and lead funnel management. The services described here are business services, not medical care or legal advice. This site is for business inquiries.

Scope of an engagement

A written agreement should define the work, responsibilities, required access, approvals and any third-party submissions. Website descriptions do not replace that agreement.

Compliance filings

We prepare and file LegitScript applications and related compliance paperwork within the agreed scope. Clients must provide accurate, complete records and authorize submissions. LegitScript alone decides certification. A filing is not approval.

Funnels

Marketing and lead funnels must accurately reflect the business and follow applicable laws, privacy requirements and platform policies. We do not guarantee campaign performance or platform acceptance.

Independent partners

White-label companies, provider networks and pharmacies are independent businesses. Credentials, certification, service scope and availability must be checked for the proposed relationship. No introduction guarantees acceptance.

Before these terms take effect

Med Excellence United must confirm the legal entity, governing terms and engagement process. Counsel review is needed before publication.
