Contacting us may share your name, company, email, phone number and details about your project. Please do not send patient information through this site or a business inquiry.

How information is used

Business inquiry details are used to respond to requests and coordinate agreed services. Any information shared with prospective partners should be limited to the agreed purpose and covered by the engagement terms.

Funnel data and website tools

Marketing and lead funnel work may involve contact details, referral sources and campaign measurements. Before launch, this policy must identify the actual analytics tools, cookies, advertising technologies, data recipients, retention periods and applicable privacy choices.

Health information

Any engagement involving protected health information needs a separate review of roles, safeguards and agreements, including business associate agreements where required. This draft does not establish HIPAA compliance.
